WooCommerce 9.5.1 Has been released on Tuesday December 17, 2024. This post highlights what’s new in this version of WooCommerce. Due to a small fix, we immediately moved into 9.5.1 as the stable version.

This release focuses on crucial security improvements affecting URL handling, event data validation, and guest checkout controls.

Hey folks, on Monday, November 11th, 2024, we kicked-off our Code Freeze ahead of the release of WooCommerce 9.5. As we begin the testing phase, and get the release ready for Beta, we wanted to share some spoilers and document any updates to the expected release timeline.

WooCommerce 9.4.1 has been released
The post tracks the work we have done as we prepare to release 9.4.1 as well as provide a preview of what’s to come in this new version.
After finding some issues with 9.4 during internal canary testing, we decided to hold off on updating the stable tag and tackling the issues found to release a stable 9.4.1 version.

We are back with another update on our release schedule.
What is changing?
WooCommerce 9.4, originally planned for October 21, 2024, will now be released on Monday, November 11th, 2024.
In addition to that change, we are slightly shifting the coming releases to accommodate for the holiday season in some parts of the world. These changes will affect WooCommerce 9.4 through WooCommerce 9.6, included.
