WooCommerce 4.9.1 fix release

This release reverts a change that was added with 4.9.0 and was causing issues with mail being sent out for few extensions.

This release contains only a single change:

  • Reverts #28204 to ensure compatibility with extensions using legacy do_action calls. #28835

Thanks to everyone for reporting this issue promptly and helping out with the fix release.

  1. Thanks for the fixes. Already updated to 4.9.1 from 4.9, no problems at all. Today we received the announcement of wc 5.0 beta, but after trying as always with woocommerce beta tester, that new beta doesn’t appear as an option…any ideas?

I checked the plugin page and it’s available now. Sometimes there is a caching delay on the plugin repository before new versions are available through the API.

  2. Hello, could you include this 4.9.1 changelog into the core of WP when we make an update ? The changelog module seems to be blank and is with a link towards your changelog? This changelog itself is akways at 4.9.0

    Thanks !

4.9.1 broke my menus using Divi. I’ve never had a problem with Woocommerce breaking anything in my site. 🙁
