Please update your database for these fixes!
When upgrading to 7.2.1 you will be prompted to update the Woo database. You will need to perform this step to ensure that you get fixes for NZ and Ukranian states/regions.
You can download the latest release of WooCommerce here or visit Dashboard → Updates to update the plugin from your WordPress admin screen.
