What’s in this release
Fix – Prevent update-time fatal errors by guarding new settings SDK classes and preserving the removed legacy settings API controller as a no-op compatibility stub. #65972
Update – Enable push notifications by default and deprecate feature flag. #66088
Note: The push notifications feature was enabled by default in 10.9.0, but stores that had intentionally disabled the feature flag during the beta period did not get the feature enabled. This update confirms that the feature is enabled for all stores, unless overridden by the woocommerce_enhanced_push_notifications_disabled filter.
