This update fixes an error due to WooCommerce receiving incorrect block pattern data from our remote service providing the patterns. In some cases, that incorrect data was stored in a transient and causing fatal errors even after the remote service was fixed.

Hi, early we dont have any problem, but when we update it to 9.8.4, we then got fatal error, what should we do?

  Hi there. Could you share the output of that fatal error so we can see what exactly is failing?
  
  Additionally, could you try to clear your transients as is suggested here, just in case you have some lingering incorrect _transient_ptk_pattern?

    Hi, we got It fix, we just turn off 2 plugin and it working again

Even after the update I am still getting the error. To bring the website up, I have to turn off woocommerce and plugins associated with woocommerce before the site comes back up. It holds for awhile when I turn the plugins back on, but then a few hours later it happens again.
