This release includes a revert of a commit that inadvertently interfered with the accessibility of the Checkout block.

What’s in this release
Early in the release of 9.1.0, we detected an accessibility issue in the Checkout block of WooCommerce 9.1.0
One of the changes included in the release added global inheritance of colors to text inputs. Sites using dark themes and the Checkout block without Dark Mode inputs enabled can look as though fields are missing their labels when the text is white/light; this can lead to shoppers having no visibility into what the input field is for. Although we have provided a temporary workaround, we have decided to revert the commit in this PR and fix the issue at the root.
